Management Accountant

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Financial & Management Accountant to join our team on a 6-month contract. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing, analyzing, and shaping our finance function as we expand into new markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

✔️ Month-end Management Accounts – Prepare, analyze, and report on P&L movements.

✔️ Cash Flow Analysis – Monitor and optimize cash flow performance.

✔️ Business Partnering – Deliver management reports with key insights and recommendations.

✔️ Financial Planning & Forecasting – Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

✔️ Finance Operations – Oversee AR, AP, payroll, sales reporting, and reconciliations.

✔️ Audit & Compliance – Liaise with auditors, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders.

✔️ Process Improvement – Enhance financial controls and drive efficiencies.

✔️ Leadership – Provide guidance and mentorship to direct reports.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) with at least 4 years post-qualification experience

✅ Experience with Xero (preferred but not essential)

✅ Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making

✅ Excellent communication & business partnering skills

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
