Management Accountant - 9mth FTC - Ideal role for anyone wanted to gain more experience in a broad management accounting role.

Our client, a well known name on the Irish market is hiring a Management Accountant on a 9mth FTC. You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making within the business.

The Role:

• Preparation of Budgeting and Forecasting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts and financial reports.
• Analyse financial performance against key business metrics and provide insights.
• Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between budgeted and actual results.
• Monitor and analyse costs, proactively identifying areas for cost reduction and process enhancement.
• Preparation and submission of a bi-monthly VAT return.
• Balance sheet reconciliations

The Person:

• Qualified Accountant - ACCA, CPA, ACA, CIMA
• Previous experience gained from working in a similar role
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management / stakeholders and discuss key findings
