As the Manager of Digital Sales UKI, you will manage a team of passionate and skilled sales specialists! You will drive the day-to-day execution of sales activity to exceed the business performance targets. You will develop and mentor your team members to excel at their roles, equipping them with the experience and confidence to grow their careers.

  • Lead the team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual team targets by generating sales pipeline, accelerating active opportunities and driving them to close
  • Lead team to effectively engage accounts to drive up-sell and cross-sell opportunities based on strategic plans and needs
  • Accurately forecast, assess risk and identify outstanding performance plans in weekly deal and pipeline reviews with senior management
  • Lead team members through example. Lead customer sales calls, demos and experience sessions using collaboration technologies to model and train employees
  • Mentor teams continuously to excel at opportunity management and forecasting accuracy to successfully plan and prioritize weekly, monthly and quarterly engagements, e.g., through joint customer calls
  • Coach team members in modern sales and communications tools & techniques to effectively reach, sell to and manage Citrix customers, including coaching the team on all methods of customer engagement
  • Lead and communicate effectively with multiple Stakeholders, up to and including Area Vice President, aligning Digital Sales strategy with local regions to ensure mutual success
  • Promote a ‘One Team’ mentality through strong engagement with cross-functional teams, such as Channel, Sales Development and Marketing to deliver high impact campaigns that drive increased bookings
  • Apply critical thinking and use of data to analyse trends and make informed decisions that improve performance in a rapidly evolving business
