Working directly with Fenero’s Founder and CEO, and with teams across the business, your role focuses on supporting brand building, business growth and internal culture through the development and execution of marketing and communication plans and initiatives.
As with all roles in Fenero, this role is available with a flexible choice of remote, office-based, or hybrid working arrangements within Ireland. Our HQ is in Blanchardstown in Dublin 15 for those who wish to work fully or partially in office.
Duties & Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Manage and drive marketing and communications campaigns, take ownership of projects and campaigns including gathering and co-ordinating input from individuals across the business to ensure successful execution of campaigns to desired deadlines
- Manage and oversee the scheduling of marketing campaigns and content calendars
- Co-ordinate and support the execution of day to day marketing campaign tasks and logistics
- Liaise and coordinate with external marketing and creative professionals
- Assist with the scheduling and management of social media and digital marketing activities
- Contribute within a team to generating creative concepts for marketing and communications campaigns and activities
- Carry out content research for campaign ideas
- Contribute to the creation of engaging content, including written and video content
- Supporting the CEO and Director of Operations in developing and implementing internal communications plans
- Supporting the development of customer communications, content and design requirements
- Assisting with PR activities
Skills & Qualities Requirements
- 2 + years previous experience in a similar role
- Strong copywriting experience and skills
- Excellent project management skills; proven ability to get projects completed on time
- Excellent organisational skills being highly organised and structured in approach
- Comfortable liaising with people both internally and externally and including senior team members, in order to drive action and see campaigns through to completion
- Confidence to deal with stakeholders at all levels in the organization
- Great verbal communicator with a team-oriented approach
