Marketing And Bd Coordinator

Description:

Due to recent and continued success, we are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated Marketing & Business Development Co-Ordinator to support the Marketing & BD Manager in Ireland. The role well be very hands on with a clear objective of supporting the Marketing and BD manager to achieve firm wide goals.

The following list is not exhaustive but gives a flavour of the duties:

• Support on the organisation and delivery of imaginative and impactful events
• Support with the preparation of pitch documents and proposals
• Help conduct basic research to support in the development of marketing/business development plans
• Develop collateral in line with our brand – credentials, placemats, brochures, CVs
• Create online/digital updates to the firm's global website and relevant content on the firm's social channels
• Assist in co-ordinating the firm's annual legal directory submissions process
• You will be computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. Any experience of web content management systems, email marketing software and social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube) would be highly advantageous
• You will be enthusiastic and excited to learn from others, share their ideas, has a passion for marketing, and be determined to succeed
• Being a strong team player with established interpersonal skills will be essential as well as being comfortable engaging with people at all levels
• Conscientious with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to gain trust and build relationships quickly
• Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritise and work to deadlines
• Marketing degree (or equivalent)
