Alternatives is delighted to be working with a rapidly expanding Irish Technology provider to find a Marketing Automation and SEO Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a young dynamic tech company with team members across the world.
This is a permanent, hybrid position based in Park West Business Park with a competitive salary and great benefits.
As a Marketing Automation and SEO Manager, you will be responsible for leveraging data, marketing email and content to connect our prospects and clients to the right information at the right time. You'll execute our marketing automation through lead nurturing, campaign workflow design and data between HubSpot and our website. You will work closely with Digital Marketing Manager and Sales to develop prospect and client journeys.

  • Onboard, engage and monetize our audiences via email, landing pages, webinars, online tools, lead forensics
  • Work with our Content Marketing to design, build and measure automated email nurture journeys
  • Segment, analyse and engage the database with marketing campaigns
  • Identify content and channels to re-engage disengaged audiences
  • Work with the digital marketing manager and sales to increase conversion from demos via email journeys, landing pages, and blogs
  • Find opportunities for optimisation and automation across current campaigns
  • Create structure around, execute, organise and communicate experiments to larger marketing and sales teams
  • Track and measure all results of programs and be able to suggest next steps based on data-driven measurements
  • Developing the Marketing Automation through building and designing campaign workflows (lead scoring, A/B testing, nurture campaigns, email blasts, unique calls to action)
  • End-to-end marketing lead tracking
  • Defining and documenting the functional and technical requirements for executing automated campaigns
  • Quantitative planning, tracking and performance measurement of marketing activities
  • Reporting on and optimizing of marketing campaigns
  • Executing demand generation campaigns across multiple channels including webinars, emails, content syndication, digital marketing and events if needed

 


  • Previous success working in a scale-up organisation and/or cross-functional environment
  • Using content management systems such as Word Press is an advantage
  • Demonstrate excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with multiple teams
  • Written, verbal and presentation skills to address audiences of varying seniority and relevance
