Currently, we are looking for a person to our Marketing Team to join us as a:
Marketing Coordinator for Ukrainian Market
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating content strategy for Ukrainian Market from scratch in order to reinforce lead generation process (design and implementation of the strategy and supporting the team with execution)
- Analysing marketing trends (seeing what content should be more visible, which campaigns were successful and brought the desired results and which should be alternated)
- Team coordination by delegating tasks (coordinating content-writers, making sure that the posts will be written on time, sometimes support the team in content writing, errors correction)
- SEO optimisation by purchasing links on platforms or the ability to read basic data from tools like Ahrefs
- Negotiating prices with publishers
- Innovative implementation of lead generation strategies, encompassing both cold (events, webinars) and warm (remarketing campaign with the promotion) leads
- Organising online and offline events
Requirements:
- Previous experience on similar position ideally in Technical/IT StartUp environment
- English level on excellent level (C1) and native Ukrainian Level
- Courage and Determination: showcasing a proactive approach to content promotion
- Basic knowledge of SEO fundamentals
- Knowledge email marketing tools ideally proven track of the creation of sequences or pathways
- Demonstrate a strong aptitude for working with data and analytics
- Good content writing skills
- Influencer and Media Awareness: stay abreast of influencer and media landscapes within the IT/tech industry + identify and engage with relevant influencers and platforms: YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
