To help them scale the business, we are currently searching for a B2B Marketing Executive to join the team. In this role you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns and managing events, playing a crucial role in the sales and marketing team.

Responsibilities:
- Take charge of marketing campaigns, overseeing them from planning and implementation to execution and reporting.
- Work collaboratively with external agencies and key stakeholders to establish the go-to-market message, target markets, campaign tactics, and campaign publishing and management.
- Plan and organize end-to-end events and workshops, both virtual and face-to-face, including working with vendors to ensure that Marketing Activity Plans (MAPs) are approved, securing co-funding, and submitting Proof of Executions (POEs) in a timely manner.
- Handle venue liaison, negotiate costs, establish contracts, prepare event materials, manage invitations and registrations, and perform related duties.
- Development of engaging written and video content for a variety of touchpoints (website, blogs, customer success stories).
- Manage the progress of marketing leads in the CRM system, overseeing the smooth transition from MQLs to SQLs, and generate campaign metric reports to ensure a robust ROI and drive opportunities in the pipeline.
- Ensure the website content is current, optimize each page to improve search engine page rankings.
- Implement email marketing campaigns, comprising of setting up and scheduling emails, as well as email list management.
- Management of social media channels.
- Revise the marketing databases by conducting data cleansing and guaranteeing GDPR compliance.
- Aid in maintaining the company's corporate branding and identity, both internally and externally.
Requirements:
- A higher education degree in marketing or another closely related field.
- 2-3+ years B2B work experience in the IT industry.
- A solid knowledge of marketing concepts and best practice.
- Exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, including the capacity to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Click Dimensions, Landing Pages, WordPress, LI Campaign Manager, G-Suite will be of significant advantage.
