Marketing Executive

We have an opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our team at Elevate Marketing. The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow their knowledge and skill set and to work flexibly on a variety of projects from social media management, brand development, strategy, and graphic design as well as complete marketing campaigns including traditional and digital media.

Elevate Marketing is a growing business that looks after diverse clients from multiple industries, so no two days are ever the same. The ideal candidate is a highly organised self-starter capable of working cross-functionally on the planning and implementation of marketing projects. You'll need to be able to handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

· Create and post brand content across all social platforms and additional relevant sites

· Content production to include graphics, videos, and blogs as required

· Developing strategic marketing plans and assisting in implementing marketing campaigns, being mindful of any opportunities to optimise ROI

· Customer Services through Social Media

· Update of WordPress sites

· Email Marketing campaigns

· Create and implement Facebook Advertising Campaigns to align with the specific objective

· Organise and monitor social media calendars for each client across relevant channels

· Develop ideas for social media platforms that encourage engagement

· Develop Social Media competitions and ideas to grow platforms for clients organically.

· Undertake ad-hoc marketing projects

· Manage administrative duties

The successful candidate will have;

· Understanding of all key areas of the marketing mix

· Have a strong knowledge of how to leverage social media platforms.

· Copywriting skills and ability to generate content for social media and websites.

· Ability to use Graphic Design tools such as Canva and/or Photoshop.

· Analytics focused - the ability to work with Google Analytics and social media insights to analyse ROI and suggest improvements.

· Working knowledge of Mailchimp and Email Marketing

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Good relationship-building skills and excellent attention to detail

· Knowledgeable in WordPress

· Proficient in Facebook Advertising

· Be proactive in keeping up to date with current marketing techniques and industry news.
