We will Count on You To:
- Support MMB marketing initiatives and broader Wealth and Career growth activities.
- Work with the Global Marketing Leader to plan and direct administrative and operational marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the broader practice team to develop, progress, and finalize key marketing deliverables.
- Create assets and marketing playbooks, distributing them to key asset libraries and distribution channels to elevate MMB /Mercer content.
- Collaborate with relevant Centers of Excellence to plan, implement, and monitor MMB's digital presence on Mercer, Marsh, and Marsh McLennan channels to improve brand awareness and promote our global campaigns.
- Drive the development, management, expansion, and execution of strategic marketing priorities, projects, and activities in the MMB/Mercer business.
- Maintain governance and reporting for marketing projects, focusing on project progress and impact metrics.
- Connect with key stakeholders to enhance collaboration (e.g., with sales, thought leadership, and other business leaders).
- Develop analytics to enhance visibility of marketing’s contribution to growth acceleration, leveraging our marketing automation systems.
What You Need to Have:
- Relevant marketing experience.
- Experience working in a dynamic, complex environment—ideally international/global—with proven stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrable high learning agility, balancing openness to new ideas with driving tangible action in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Strong organizational skills, program management, and multitasking abilities.
- A self-starter who can operate independently, taking initial ideas and expanding on them to drive pragmatic deliverables.
- Results-oriented with a practical ‘get things done’ mentality.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Experience with relevant Marketing & Sales enablement platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
