Marketing Executive

As a result of our continued rapid growth in Ireland and the UK we are looking to work with an experienced Marketing Executive. Reporting to The Senior Marketing Manager, this is a hands-on role that includes campaign management, digital marketing, event management and engaging with third party agencies to meet our business needs and marketing strategy.

Working with the Marketing Manager, the executive will work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and research teams to ensure marketing plans are on track

Working with Marketing and Training Operations on the development and execution of marketing campaigns and reporting outcomes to the management team

Segment customer database for targeted marketing and gather and analyse data to lead to a better understanding of our clients’ needs

Work to build and execute compelling multi-channel marketing campaigns that achieve business goals

Reporting on campaigns using data-based analytics tools

Analytics & Measurement - work to develop and enhance marketing reporting capability that is focused on delivering actionable insight

Participates and contributes to various training initiatives throughout the organisation; contributes to process documentation, sharing and applying best practices.
