HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

 


  • Partner with the Strategy & Insights lead team and the commercial organisation to deliver selected commercial digital transformation use cases that will demonstrate value (top line, bottom line or capability build) that will ensure further investment and dictate the roadmap for further transformation.
  • Partner with cross functional teams, regional and global to recommend annual roadmap for delivery of use cases that cover our priority domains, Marketing effectiveness & Insights, Revenue Growth Management & white space identification.
  • Develop and implement a robust market effectiveness framework in a manner that prioritises critical area’s first and demonstrating delivery at critical milestones in our key business processes. The framework will bring to life how we will approach (data, people, process, benchmarks etc) an objective evaluation of our marketing spend.
  • Recommend key investment choices for both Plans (Budget cycle) and SGM (Strategy Cycle) based on marketing effectiveness, partnering with commercial teams to deliver results.
  • Coach and develop digital transformation manager to ensure we are delivering leading ecommerce Insights & Analytics
  • As part of the Strategy & Insights lead team, shaping the future of the function through building capability, driving engagement and setting the right priorities
  • Lead, coach and build capability within the entire Strategy & Insight team & commercial teams on commercial digital transformation and marketing effectiveness, ensuring a fit for purpose learning agenda is delivered
  • Build key relationships within our marketing agency eco system as our digital transformation journey will be enabled by a mixture of both internal and external capability.
