Marketing Lead

Description:

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional who's great in building a storyline and building up a lead generation machine. Good experience with content marketing, SEO, inbound marketing, and website management are key. Strong PR, branding, performance marketing skills are a huge plus. Experience of managing teams, and understanding of fintech & Embedded Finance are a big plus.

You'd be reporting directly to the CEO until around Series A, you will have budgets for PR agency and hiring specialized marketing freelancers as needed. It is important you're very driven, proactive, hungry to grow and learn. The job comes with a lot of autonomy and ambitious goals to reach, so it's key you know how to reach them defining your own strategies and making it happen.

Your responsibilities:

• Create and execute marketing and channel strategy
• Own the website and optimize it for conversion
• Develop a strong content strategy & roadmap
• Drive inbound traffic making sure all the content is SEO-relevant & optimized
• Take a lead working with PR agency, journalists, influencers, etc.
• Source knowledge and form agenda based on the input from external/internal industry experts
• Project manage all marketing initiatives
• Run analytics and reporting
• Hire & oversee contractors/agencies/full-timers for the roles needed
