A mission-critical role for S4 is the Marketing Manager position. In this role, you’ll drive impactful growth and demand generation programs for our client’s product portfolio. Please note: the candidate must be fluent and proficient in both the Dutch language and Benelux market in order to be considered.
We are looking for a marketing expert who is strategic, creative, and data-oriented with strong project management skills to drive new customer acquisition campaigns and track and optimize existing ones. Sound like you?

Responsibilities will include:

- Developing, designing and launching multi-channel campaigns: Developing creative concepts into deployable assets to support email, web and display advertising campaigns.
- Testing and optimization: A/B test new acquisition strategies and optimize performance.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Be a key member of the acquisition team and build relationships with cross functional partners in sales, operations, finance, etc., to deliver on a broader, global team goal.
- Project management and new initiatives: Track demand generation goals to increase marketing sourced revenue, track performance, and proactively identify opportunities for growth. Lead new projects to grow the business.
Your experience will include:

- BA/BS degree in marketing or related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- Acquisition, demand gen and/or campaign marketing experience
- Creative marketer with a passion for knowing your customer and proven track record designing programs that motivate them to take action.
- Established track record for developing successful acquisition and/or demand generation marketing campaigns.
- Analytical capabilities, able to understand impact of campaigns by analyzing results and developing a plan of action to optimize performance.
- Ability to write a campaign brief and give strong direction to the creative team.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills with key partners and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills to organize teams across complex projects.
