As European Marketing Manager K Snacks, you will be empowered to develop an insight-led 3yr strategy and masterplan for your portfolio in partnership with the Portfolio Marketing Director and your direct reports. You will identify key brand (and portfolio) issues and commercial opportunities to deliver balanced sustainable growth, drive the core and create the future. You will truly work end to end with cross-functional partners to build and deploy an exciting masterplan and corresponding toolbox that includes innovation & renovation pipeline, campaign ideas & experience plans, geographic & channel expansion opportunities, and bottom-line growth initiatives. You will need strong financial acumen in order to act as the owner of your business.

  • proven ability to drive profitable, penetration-led growth through consumer-led strategies and plans
  • experience building effective teams and strong cross-functional relationships with internal and external partners (e.g. Market Activation, Strategy & Insights, Category & Shopper, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, Agencies, etc.); demonstrated ability to engage, influence & align key stakeholders
  • passion for our brands; humility & hunger to learn; make it happen mindset
  • proven track record managing, growing & developing people; strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • degree level / business school graduate, or equivalent, with a marketing degree preferred. Minimum 10yrs FMCG brand and innovation marketing experience
  • English fluency is essential, but a second or third European language would be advantageous, as would experience working in a European context
