Responsibilities:
- Work with the Head of Marketing and senior management to establish marketing vision and strategy.
- Ensure the successful implementation of marketing and product launch plans, with a focus on measurable outcomes and timely delivery.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital and content acquisition plan, incorporating web, SEO, SEM, email, marketing automation, social media, and display advertising.
- Drive the generation of marketing qualified leads across departments.
- Facilitate internal marketing communications.
- Implement go-to-market strategies for products, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with business objectives.
- Publish an annual product catalogue in multiple markets, in collaboration with multiple departments.
- Oversee the management of company websites, ensuring a positive user experience.
- Develop and execute content marketing plans, including scripting, storyboarding, high-level messaging, and long-form content.
- Stay current with industry news and developments, customer behaviors, and latest trends.
- Conduct market research.
- Manage and optimize marketing systems e.g., HubSpot and Monday.com.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing efforts.
- Foster relationships with third-party agencies and digital partners to achieve desired results.
- Plan and execute cornerstone events, including exhibitions, internal conferences, and product catalogues.
