RecruitmentPlus has a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Manager to work with our client a not-for-profit organisation with offices globally.

This is a full-time position working remotely with the occasional requirement to attend the Head Office in South Dublin or to travel to events.

In this standalone role, the Marketing Manager will drive, oversee, and expertly execute all marketing and communications strategies to support regional marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

Campaign planning, development Implementation and evaluation

  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of results-focused multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to promote awareness of the organisations brand, programmes, and products and ensure business KPIs are achieved.
  • Evaluate and review marketing campaigns to track performance and ensure the effective use of resources and return on investment.
  • Plan and record all marketing and communications activity in line with global marketing policy.

Website Management

  • Manage content on the organisation’s Europe and Ireland websites (WordPress), ensuring content is up-to-date and correct at all times.
  • Manage content and resources on the organisation’s platform.

Social Media Management

  • Plan and post relevant and engaging content to build the number of followers across social media platforms, in line with approved campaigns and global frequency guidelines.

Newsletters

  • Compile and send newsletters in accordance with global marketing schedule.
  • Manage and maintain newsletter subscriber lists.
  • Copywriting, content creation
  • Source news, case studies, testimonials and references for brand advocacy and promotional use
  • Write and proof-read marketing copy for both online and print campaigns.
  • Produce creative content including videos and social media posts.

Promotional Materials

  • Manage the development and effective distribution of promotional materials.

3rd Party / Supplier Management

  • Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials to support approved campaigns.
  • Liaise printers to ensure promotional materials are produced in line with brand identity guidelines, in time and on budget.
  • Liaise with external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, and online activities.

Research and Market Intelligence

  • As directed, conduct research, or provide market intelligence for new products, new customer segments, new markets etc.

Events

  • Participate in events that can positively influence the uptake of the organisation’s Programme - conferences, expos, media briefs, government-related activities, and any other activity as part of stakeholder groups to promote organisation.
  • Organise and/or attend events such as briefings and Stakeholder Meetings
  • Coordinate all logistics and communications (where applicable) relating to all events.

Required skills:

  • Hands-on experience with web content management tools (WordPress)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience with planning and executing social media campaigns
  • Event management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Creativity, writing and design skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Fluent English
  • Social media content creation (CANVA or similar)
