Description:
We are a fast-growing fintech company seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to generate leads, nurture prospects, and ultimately drive revenue growth across the UK and Ireland. The role will require a strong focus on lead generation, event management, content creation, and prospect nurturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective B2B marketing plans to generate leads and drive revenue growth.
- Manage all aspects of lead generation campaigns, including creating landing pages, crafting email marketing campaigns, and tracking performance metrics.
- Work with the sales team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that support the company’s sales goals and objectives.
- Plan and execute a variety of marketing events, including webinars, trade shows, and other industry events.
- Create and maintain a content calendar, producing engaging content for a variety of channels including social media, blog posts, and email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop marketing collateral, including sales presentations, case studies, and product sheets.
- Manage and maintain the company’s website and social media presence, ensuring content is up to date and optimized for search engines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the fintech industry.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation and prospect nurturing strategies.
- Experience in event management, including planning, execution, and follow-up.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with a proven ability to develop engaging marketing content.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools such as Hubspot or Marketo.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
