The Marketing Manager position is a unique opportunity to lead the marketing function in a world leading technology company. Reporting to the CRO your main objective will be to drive revenue growth, brand awareness and support sales efforts through effective marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales and Business Development to execute innovative marketing plans that make a difference.
Responsibilities :
· Lead a marketing team and implement marketing plans that align with the company's targets.
· Leverage digital channels to promote the business and drive lead generation and growth.
· Implementing marketing plans proactively across all channels including online organic email marketing, social media and global events in the US, Canada and Europe.
· Conduct analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
· Utilise marketing analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
· Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and work closely with other teams to achieve goals.
· Create industry leading content, whitepapers, eBooks, customer success stories, website information and news stories working with our marketing team and external specialists.
Skills and Experience
· 3rd level degree in Marketing or equivalent.
· A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing management ideally in a B2B environment.
· Experience implementing a marketing strategy and delivering projects on time.
· Strong communication and team management skills.
· Experience within a financial services or SaaS organisation would be advantageous.
