Key responsibilities:

Develop marketing plans and annual strategies in collaboration with the Director and Management Team, targeting both Direct and B2B segments.

Collaborate closely with sales, compliance, technical, and product development teams to ensure messaging, brand, and goals alignment.

Manage the marketing budget alongside the head of finance.

Implement SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and organic search rankings.

Regularly review marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with business goals.

Present updates on current and future positions, growth projections, campaign successes, and new initiatives at monthly and quarterly marketing meetings.

Provide daily direction to the existing marketing team, supervising their tasks and addressing their needs as necessary.

Define, coordinate, update, and report on all marketing plans and campaigns.

Create engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including videos, social media updates, email campaigns, and more.

Produce reports and analytics on the effectiveness of digital campaigns.

Ensure all marketing materials maintain high quality, consistency, and reflect the company's brand.

Provide appropriate marketing material for broker events as needed.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

Analyze data to identify target markets and customer segments.

Manage external agencies as required.
