You’ll work closely with our team on real-world projects, primarily supporting the administration of our Go Anywhere Gift Card while gaining exposure to multiple functions within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring excellent service is provided, particularly during the busy Christmas period (light support duties during this time will be required).
- Marketing Support: Assist with marketing campaigns for the Go Anywhere Gift Card, including digital and social media efforts.
- Social Media: Help develop content for our social media platforms to promote the gift card and engage with our audience.
- Sales Development: Contribute to the development of strategies to increase gift card sales and help identify new business opportunities.
- Administration: Take on day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of customer support and marketing functions.
- Other Projects: Get involved in ad hoc projects across different departments, gaining well-rounded experience in the hospitality industry.
