Supporting the Future of Health strategy by identifying, prioritising, developing and testing innovative Consumer Propositions that will support the delivery of our goals
Driving the identification and use of customer insights from primary and secondary research, existing customer segmentation, competitive analysis and market trends that support the understanding our target audiences needs and the problems to solve
Defining the proposition development roadmap in conjunction with internal parties and 3rd party partners to help deliver the commercial targets, both in terms of member premium and claims costs containment
Defining and designing a best-in-class customer experience offering for ILH customers around the chosen propositions in conjunction with 3rd party suppliers and clinical providers
Working in conjunction with Product, Pricing, Providers, Claims, Marketing, Sales, IT, MI, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance and Legal functions to deliver a successful end to end implementation process
Supporting Product Development function in the identification and evaluation of potential product solutions that utilise the Future of Health structure and propositions as a means of creating differentiation in consumer and corporate markets
Assisting with the development and launch of the wider Future of Health proposition and brand to the consumer, corporate and medical markets
Engaging the medical community to strengthen brand awareness and affinity, drive uptake and increase scale of provider network for ILH customers
