Alliance Medical are currently recruiting a Marketing Specialist & Personal Assistant, to join our team in our Head Office, located in Co Limerick. This is a Full-Time, Maternity Leave Contract, and this will suit an individual who is enthusiastic and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is key.

The successful candidate will be required to work closely with the Managing Director, Senior Management Team, Customer Care Team and Business Development Team. This role will involve providing the Senior Management Team with essential administration and secretarial support, all while proactively supporting all marketing activity throughout the company, including taking responsibility for marketing material production and content. Job Requirements:

  • Previous Administration and Marketing Experience.
  • Excellent Communication Skills and Flexibility.

  • Ability to work as part of team and also on own Initiative
