Description:
You’ll be responsible for the execution of segment specific acquisition and retention strategies, campaigns and communications programmes to support SSE Airtricity’s business objectives. In this role you will:
- take responsibility for the design and execution of personal & adaptable communications for the retention and acquisition of our customer base
- manage projects including customer communications campaigns, sponsorship event co-ordination and debrief meetings/site visits
- support the strategy and roll-out of all CRM activities for the business
- ensure messaging is consistent through every customer touchpoint
- be the key marketing ambassador for the SSE Airtricity brand and make sure all work is regulatory and legally compliant
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- proven experience in Marketing Communications and Operations or a similar business area
- demonstrable digital marketing experience e.g. creating and delivering email campaigns / HTML
- excellent presentation, communication and project management skills
- the ability to deliver results and have a genuine passion for the SSE Airtricity brand
- strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and persuade the business around a vision
