Mechanical Supervisor

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Supervisor based in Cork. The Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing preventive maintenance, maintenance management, inspection, and maintenance. They will supervise and train staff, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and manage site-specific paperwork and documentation.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills and experience managing a team
• Experience in preventive maintenance and maintenance management
• Proficient in inspection and maintenance techniques and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
• Experience in the lifting, rigging, or mechanical engineering industry
• Knowledge of and adherence to safety protocols and regulations
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fielD is desirable
