To ensure the purchasing of media for all Kellogg activity is accurate, efficient and within required timelines.

To be a single point of contact for all accounting queries across media purchasing to ensure any issues are dealt with by the right people and as efficiently as possible.
Manage the monthly media buying process including updating past and planned budgets, collating required budget approvals, sending approved budgets to the agency.

  • Monitor the invoicing process to ensure all required invoices are received and paid on time including management of any individual invoice queries.
  • Ensuring budgets managed by the broader team and are accurate and inputted correctly into relevant Kellogg systems.
  • Analysing all finance queries that arise within media purchasing and liasing with the relevant people to ensure problems are solved accurately and as quickly as possible.
  • Working with procurement to ensure all agency commitments are met.
  • Managing our 3rd party media plans tool to ensure it provides the data required for the Kellogg financial process.
  • Experience working within an accounts department and a knowledge of how budgeting, invoicing and payments processes work.
  • Ideally the above experience would be within a media agency.
  • The applicant will need to have very good interpersonal skills and be able to deal with people from different areas (marketing and finance) and countries as many of the issues that arise will require dealing direct with our agency partners across EMEA.
  • Work well as part of a team and be able to build strong relationships with people, often remotely.
