Media Marketing Specialist

 

Description:

A Marketing Media Specialist is required for an established financial services publicly listed company. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager you will be supporting all of the media strategy including planning, optimisation and measurement of all annual media activity.

Hybrid work environment with two days office based and three from home.

 

What you will do:

 

• Support the marketing manager with planning, implementing and monitoring media strategy (online and offline) to deliver business KPIs;

• Be responsible for the planning and execution of the digital media activity across all customer segments

• Develop and deliver PPC ad copy, explore new formats, manage a testing schedule, refinement of account structure and bid strategy

• Develop display assets and working with the media agency to define display strategy and continuously strive for improved measurement, optimisation and commercial return

• Be responsible for measuring and evaluating campaign objectives including customised campaign reports an providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders

• Forecast commercial impact of campaigns

• Lead on weekly media WIP calls and planning media QBRs

• Contribute to advertising and creative briefs for partner agencies and media measurement studies

 

 

What you need to do the job:

  • 3 years+ experience in a similar role, although experience doesn’t have to be limited to Financial Services sectors.
  • Experience in executing and reporting on offline media activity with strong knowledge of media planning metrics.
  • Experience working with external agency partners.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the different digital media channels and experience in campaign execution and optimisation.
  • Candidate must be commercially aware and detail-oriented with experience in campaign reporting and be able to derive insight from data.
  • Candidate must be a self-motivated person who can work with a team and drive projects individually.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with people at all levels.
