Role/Responsibilities:

  • Setting and achieving business development goals and sales targets
  • Promoting surgical devices and healthcare solutions to medical professionals
  • Seeking, acquiring and updating the company on insights regarding your territory, customers, business opportunities, competitor activity and market developments.
  • Developing a strong customer relationship network built on trust and credibility

 

Education/Qualifications:

  • All candidates must hold a third level qualification (minimum: NFQ Level 8, Honours bachelor’s degree) and preferably come with 3+ years’ experience from the following backgrounds:
  • Healthcare (coming from a healthcare background is an advantage, but not essential as training is provided).
  • Business (B2B Sales/Marketing, Finance/Accounting, Commerce); Engineering (Biomedical, Biochemical).
  • Science (R&D, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Neuroscience, Mathematical, Biology)
  • Full, clean Irish drivers licence essential.
  • Previous Medical Device Sales experience is a distinct advantage
  • Surgical Sales experience in the area of spine is a distinct advantage but not essential
