· Relevant financial services experience essential e.g. corporate finance, transaction services, private equity.

· Ability to multi-task.

· Ability to project manage and ultimately run deals day-to-day, interact with clients, proficient in excel /modelling and PowerPoint.

· Good knowledge of accounting and strong technically.
