Description:
The suitable candidate will work as a consultant understanding customer business requirements, converting these into Business Central solution options and clearly explaining to the customer how their requirement is mapped to a standard or customised solution.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and its add-on products configuration, support, training, and documentation (essential)
- Work with the team (Business central, Power Platform, SharePoint) with experienced colleagues
- Work closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and solution specifications
- Ensure high standards of customer engagement and services are maintained
- Expected to complete work-related training and learning with the goal of obtaining relevant Microsoft Certifications
- Working as part of a dedicated team
- Strong Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation experience.
- Experienced in the change management process and coordinating with technical resources to create solution design documents.
