- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-starter attitude with the drive to thrive in a dynamic startup environment where adaptability and resourcefulness are key.
- Agility and Resilience: Ability to quickly pivot strategies, handle ambiguity, and maintain a positive outlook in a rapidly changing landscape.
- Experience in High-Growth Environments: Previous work experience in hospitality and/or startup settings with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities involved.
- Sales Methodology Proficiency: Familiarity with a structured sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger).
