Montessori Teacher

Description:

Buzzy Bees Montessori school is based in Dublin 3 , requires a fully qualified and experienced Montessori teacher to join our busy school.

The successful candidate must hold a Montessori qualification or early years qualification (at least Level 5 in childcare) and have experience of working in a Montessori or pre-school environment. A special needs qualification would also be of advantage.

Starting hourly rate of €14 per hour upwards depending on qualification.

References and Garda vetting will be sought for successful applicants.

Title: Montessori Teacher

Hours: Mon –Fri. 08.30 – 12.35 (times may change slightly). Term time only.

Duties:

• Ensure each child’s safety at all times.
• Communicate with parents.
• Work as part of a team.
• Work with a core group of children in presenting Montessori materials and monitoring their development.
• Setting up and Clearing away of rooms each day.
• Weekly cleaning of equipment
• Circle time presentations.
• Planning for children’s individual and group learning needs.
• Flexibility is needed as extra duties maybe required at times.
