Mortgage Service Specialist

The opportunity is to work in an innovative team and develop mortgage knowledge through dealing with inbound and outbound telephone calls from our customers, supporting them in all aspects of their queries.

We work closely with other departments to ensure a top class customer experience and provide best in class customer care and clear solutions to our existing mortgage customers.

In This Role, You Will
 

• Provide a top quality service to our customers. Complete quality retention conversations & identifying new business opportunities.
• Demonstrate capability to put the customer first in every interaction.
• Comply with all internal and external regulatory requirements.
• Pre-empt and prevent potential switchers, reducing out of course redemptions from the Banks existing mortgage book through strong retention conversations
• Identify new business opportunities (movers, equity releases, home insurance) and refer to colleagues in other teams.
