The focus of the Mortgage Specialist position is on building and maintaining new and existing customer relationships while proactively growing market share in both the business and personal segments. This role is also passionate about having a deep understanding of the general market and mortgage competitor landscape.

• Provide an outstanding customer experience and ensure quality customer outcomes.
• Fulfil mortgages ranging from first time buyer and switcher mortgages to high value and sophisticated mortgages.
• Grow and maintain internal and external relationships and networks of contacts which result in the generation of business leads.
• Be a champion for BOI in the local community while performing duties in a compliant manor in accordance with policies and procedures.
