Where a current Band 1 colleague is successful in this role, you will initially undertake the role at Band 1 while undergoing the mortgage journey

In This Role, You Will:

• Provide an outstanding customer experience and ensure quality customer outcomes
• Fulfil mortgages ranging from first time buyer and switcher mortgages to high value and sophisticated mortgages.
• Grow and maintain internal and external relationships and networks of contacts which result in the generation of business leads.
• Be a champion for BOI in the local community.
• Perform duties in a compliant manor in accordance with policies and procedures.

You have a solid understanding of mortgage segments and experience in the mortgage market and an excellent track record of exceeding and delivering across the key measures of credit quality, business performance and customer experience.
