Assist sales team in customer meetings, focus on the positioning of our technical solutions and services,

understand customer environment and manage expectations

• Ensure empowerment of sales team in key areas of expertise

• Managed Security Services is the main area of expertise which include different services offered through

company’s Security Operation Center including Managed Detection & Response, Managed Endpoint

Detection & Response, Managed Network Detection & Response, Managed Threat Intelligence, Managed

Vulnerability Assessment, Digital Forensic & Investigation and Compromise Assessment.

• Close sales opportunities from a technical standpoint

• Create high-end technical content for proposals including required drawings, project plans, technical

compliance and other usual formal RFP requirements

• Define a proper scope of work (SOW) for any proposed solution/service

• Ensure technical success of proposed solutions and services implementations (from a technology/service

architecture point of view) through interaction with the project team

• Coordinate any technical third-party involvement for the presales/proposal process

• Arrange, define, manage and monitor Proof of Concept (POC) with customers including scope, success

criteria, technical requirements, timelines and presentation of results

• Ensure personal technical, communication and commercial skills are kept up to date to ensure successful

execution of role, e.g., maintaining CPE, attending training, webinars.
