New Ireland Assurance is responsible for the administration of all New Ireland Assurance and Bank of Ireland Life's Individual and Group business and our focus is on delivering superior service and ensuring that the highest quality and control standards are maintained at all times!

To efficiently and compliantly on board new business applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating and issuing new policies, ensuring consistent delivery of agreed service levels, proactively following up on cases and communicating with customers throughout the business unit and externally.

  • Administration of Protection, Pensions and Investments new business policies
  • Issuing new business policies in a timely and accurate manner
  • Adherence to service level agreements and compliance requirements.
  • Efficiently resolving customer queries
  • Creating and maintaining strong working relationships with our customers and internal colleagues
