Lavandi Talent is currently working with a fantastic Beauty and Personal Care business who are looking for a skilled New Business Development Manager to join their team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and approach potential brands to explore manufacturing partnerships.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and potential clients.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive new business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within targeted brands.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and store visits to network and uncover new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions that meet clients' manufacturing needs.
- Provide regular reports and updates on new business development activities and pipeline progress.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in Contract Manufacturing Sales within the Beauty and Personal Care industry is essential.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully driving new business growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and capabilities within the beauty and personal care sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
