Description:

Core responsibilities:

  • Assist with reception duties when required, including daily lunch cover
  • Control monthly credit card statements
  • Manage Fact 24
  • Update Catalyst
  • Manage the Global Directory
  • Keep a record in Salesforce of follow-ups to influencers.
  • Receive, log and distribute post / couriers
  • Book couriers
  • Book taxis
  • Ensure the office inventory e.g. stationery, consumables, etc. is managed effectively and there is sufficient stock available at all times
  • Stock all kitchens with consumables on a daily basis
  • Binding and laminating
  • Distribute paper to printers on a regular basis, ensuring that there is always adequate paper on all floors
  • Assist Location Heads / Facilities & Office Manager, as required
  • Any other ad hoc tasks, as needed

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office environment
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent phone manner and friendly, professional demeanour
  • Ability to manage time and work requirements in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Enthusiastic can do attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven ability of multitasking and prioritising effectively
