Description:

· Responsible for the daily processing of all forms of tender.

· Checking and balancing all transactions daily

· Generate reports for head office and store management

· Carry out any checks and balances/ stocktakes as required

· Investigate irregular transactions

HR & payroll admin

  • Accurate payment of wages in accordance with Payment of Wages legislation.
  • Ensure all staff are clocking accurately and when required to ensure we are compliant with legislation
  • Compile quantum report weekly of hours/ holidays owing to staff and communicate to payroll
