Description:

We are looking to recruit a part time office administrator, with a minimum of 3+ years’ experience to join our dynamic growing team. This is a part time position, with flexible working hours, which may suit a person returning to the workplace. The time commitment is 15-20 hours per week at our Dublin 14 office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and book travel & accommodation
  • Manage and reconcile employee expenses
  • General office duties

Requirements:

  • 3+ years relevant office administration exoerience
  • Strong IT skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Pro-active
