Our client a Transport Management Service Company are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team and contribute to the continued success of our operations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide effective administration support.
- Provide excellent Customer support.
- Maintain progress reports on drivers and customers.
- Responding to client queries via email/phone
- Assist with creating & issuing invoices to all clients.
- Proven track record of resolving administrative issues, implementing process improvements, and finding innovative solutions to enhance office efficiency.
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Assist the finance department.
- Proficient in using various office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), project management software, and database management systems.
The candidate:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of work experience as an Office Administrator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including excel and word, excellent typing skills
- Experience in collaboration and teamwork.
- Attention to detail.
