Office Administrator

 

Description:

As the Office Administrator, you will serve as a point of contact for visitors, customers and other colleagues. You will use your co-ordination and communication skills to organise and coordinate meetings, process posts and distribute to each department as required, or deal with customer queries, among other responsibilities.

 

Among your duties and responsibilities include:

 

  • Meet and greet visitors arriving for meetings.
  • Manage email, phone, post and in person correspondence
  • General office administration duties.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Dealing with hotel and travel arrangements
  • Sales order processing, customer queries and customer returns

 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

To become the Office Administrator you will need:

 

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Fluent written and verbal English
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs
  • Strong IT Skills using Microsoft Suite and ERP systems
