Description:
Office Manager / Customer Service Team Lead required with 4 years plus experience ideally logistics / distribution / transport background. Galway
- Manage and delegate emails
- Supervise and assist in managing the daily admin office workload
- Establish a culture of excellent customer service and GDP (Good Distribution Practice) with a timely and professional response to all queries.
- Re-introduce and implement the 48hr rule ( no problem or issue goes beyond 48 hours without resolution or being highlighted to you)
- Ensure phones are answered in a timely manner
- Maintain holiday requests ensuring daily duties are covered for absentees
- Assist the National Account Manager in dealing with Key accounts
- Ensure that DSV – system is updated daily and on time
- Weekly meeting with Admin Group and department head.
- Ensuring that all PXP epods/hard copies are updated on time
- Monitor and organise transport team debriefs – work with operations team to resolve issues arising from same.
- Assist with claim processing.
