DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Cathedral.
Your responsibilities will encompass, but not be limited to:
- Manage general correspondence, emails, telephone calls and receive visitors to the Chapter House/offices.
- Coordinating regular Staff team meetings and minute taking.
- Diary and calendar management for Committees and Board meetings.
- Collate and manage the Dean’s expenses and credit card.
- Organise travel arrangements for the Dean and CEO as required.
- Organising and streamlining office operations and procedures.
- Responsible for ordering stationery and office supplies.
- Support the CEO on governance and regulatory matters, including compliance with the CRA Governance Code.
- Maintaining the Cathedral’s CHY3 records.
- Supporting the CEO in drafting and collating reports, minutes and other papers.
- Oversee, report, and sign off on the weekly cash count when the Cathedral Manager is absent.
- Manage all technical aspects of IT & communication technology.
- Lead for CRM and EPOS.
- Manage all service contracts in place in conjunction with the Cathedral Manager.
- Liaising with any external contractors securing quotations for work, scheduling work and being point of contact on site for contractors.
- Work closely with the Cathedral Manager and CEO regarding operations or any issues or changes to terms.
- At all times working within budgets approved by the Board in annual budgets and in consultation with the CEO.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as requested by the Dean or CEO.

- Excellent PC skills with advanced knowledge of The Microsoft Suite.

- Keen budgetary awareness and practice excellent cost and spending control.
