ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure the office surpasses expectations, noting and addressing any maintenance needs or concerns.
  • Manage preventive maintenance plans for building systems and equipment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Assist in executing Workplace initiatives and daily operations, including office modifications and expansions, and managing flexible seating arrangements and lockers.

  • Support sustainability initiatives by implementing eco-friendly office programs and overseeing waste management and energy usage.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with building management, suppliers, and service providers, serving as the main contact for security and cleaning teams.
  • Any ad-hoc duties which may arise.
