The role is part of the Strategic Resource Management & Change Capability team reporting into and supporting the Onboarding Manager. The teams function is a critical team within GTCS, which is responsible for the effective and efficient onboarding of contracted resources for Group Change (GC) and IT Engineering & Delivery.

  • Audit data integrity of resource alignment and resource allocations data and ensure maintenance of up-to-date data via Clarity and the Onboarding / Assignment SharePoint by projects and programmes across the GC portfolios
  • Provide support to various GC and IT Engineering partners, including PMOs, PMs, Portfolio Engagement Leads and Change Delivery Directors, in their adherence to resourcing processes
  • Audit the Resourcing Operations and Onboarding team mailboxes
  • Prepare, review and publish daily, weekly and monthly operational Resourcing reports and critical metrics
  • Support ad hoc reporting, data analysis and data clean up requests with respect to resourcing operations activities
  • Maintenance of the existing Resourcing Operations reporting suite.
  • Support the Resource Scheduling Analyst and Resource Scheduling Lead in their overseeing of supply & demand for and provision of support to GC and IT Engineering, particularly with any critical / priority requests when there is peak demand
