Right now, we have a fantastic opportunity for permanent and long-term temporary Operational Communications Officers to be a part of our Customer Behaviour team in the Customer Journey Planning branch. The role provides high-level support to the Operational Communications team and the wider Customer Behaviour team by helping to coordinate and deliver stakeholder and operational communication campaigns and develop associated materials.

About You
You will be an enthusiastic and motivated communications professional with demonstrated experience in planning, developing, implementing and evaluating communication plans for different audiences and through different channels.
The successful candidate must have demonstrated attention to detail in written and verbal communication and the ability to form productive relationships with other teams within the Transport cluster.
Ideally you would have a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as communications and/or relevant industry experience. Experience in an operational environment would be highly regarded.
