Operational Team Lead

Description:

The candidate will be required to understand the complexity and dynamics associated with change in the health and social care sector. Sound knowledge of current issues and experience of working with people with Chronic Disease. In that regard they will have a track record of leading on service improvement and/or possess a qualification of relevance to same. They will be required to be self-managing and have the ability to identify and work with key partners in the implementation of the ICPCD. They will understand the challenges of leading a complex change programme with significant technology and process change, interdependencies and HR challenges
