As our Home Energy Operations Administrator, you will be tasked with setting up billing tariffs, managing market message exceptions and proactively managing invoice validation. You will work closely with other departments to ensure the customer's billing journey is a smooth experience. In this role you will:
A professional telephone manner with excellent communication skills alongside proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite - Excel, Outlook and Word
